Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up until 14 days prior to the event start time (less $5 cancellation fee). After that, refunds are as follows:
– 1 week/7 days prior to event at the most: 50% Refund, minus the service fee for payment with Care.com (or 50% credit to a future class/event, less $5 cancellation fee) - – 72 hours from event start time: 25% Refund, minus the service fee for payment with Care.com (or 25% credit to a future class/event, less $5 cancellation fee)
- – 48 hours or less from event/class start time: NO Refund
For all prepaid events and non Parks & Rec Classes, refund/cancellation requests should be made by phone, text or email along with Holistic Drum confirmation of reception. No Facebook messages.
For class series, students are expected to attend all classes of any given session. Refunds for the series are as stated above. After attending the first class, students may request a refund (minus the $15 class fee) for 48 hours after the class time, or the fee for the entire series is due.
For student drum rentals, students are expected to return drums at the end of the rental period, and in the same condition they got it. No refunds will be given for the rental.
The only exception to this policy, (on a case by case basis) is for Medical Emergency or Family Trauma, and might require written proof.
Redwood City, Walnut Creek & Concord Classes are paid directly to the Parks n’ Recreation department. Contact that city for their cancellation policy/refunds.
Cancellation of an event or class by Holistic Drum
Holistic Drum reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event or class, for any circumstances beyond Holistic Drum’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself. Holistic Drum’s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the workshop or class registration fee.
